Our Return & Warranty Policy:

Customers must submit all purchase return requests to orward@abundansit.com within five business days of placing their order to start the cancellation refund process.

COTS Software Brand Management must approve customer refund requests made after this 5-business-day grace period for a cancellation refund.

Warranty Terms: Texas DIR Customers should report warranty or performance issues to Abundans IT Support at orward@abundansit.com or 202-704-0997. Abundans IT will validate coverage, facilitate OEM escalation, and ensure the resolution or application of Service Level Agreement (SLA) credits per the Software Brand OEM policy.
